Ocean transportation accounts for more than 80% of the total international transportation.The release of the import goods is the final link of ocean transportation.At this time,the contact object of shipping company changes from the shipper to the consignee,it will cause various problems when the reader of the bill changed,and the misreading of the bill information will lead to the reduction of logistics efficiency.In order to improve the resource utilization and customer satisfaction of enterprises,this paper chooses the key process of the release of the import goods to optimize.X shipping company is an agent of a traditional large shipping company.Its operation process has the characteristics and limitations of the traditional companies.This paper will take it as the research object,and optimize the release of inbound shipment operation process by drawing the blueprint and implementing dynamic programming.The drawing of blueprint not only enables the staff to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the services they provide,but also specializes in the design of services,make the service process more coordinated,effectively guides customers to actively participate in services,and improves the accuracy of bill of lading information exchange.Secondly,through the implementation of the dynamic programming,the optimal solution of the theoretical service flow is obtained,and the implementation of the solution can improve the operational efficiency of the delivery business by optimizing the series-parallel links between the various business flows.Finally,through the comparison of benefits before and after the implementation,it is concluded that these two technologies can significantly improve the operation level of import delivery business for X Company at a low cost,and provide a feasible scheme for similar enterprises to optimize the delivery process,which has certain practical guidance.
