During the last decade,Chinese Genomics industry organizations which led by company X had cut a striking figure worldwide.They owned the world's leading genomics technology,which not only in line with international standards,but also overtaking around the curve.Company X began to participate in the international technology transfer competition as technology transferor in recent years,its proportion have been increasing year by year.Although the company X achieved groundbreaking results in their "international technology output" business,however,there were some deficiency and could be improved.How to choose the appropriate business strategy has become one of main questions for the company's management.This paper takes company X's international technology export business as the research object.First of all,regarding the analysis of external macro environment,it adopt the PEST model to identify the genomics industry have been encouraged by governments of the most countries in the world.Taking about the micro-environment analysis,through three perspectives of industry environment,the market environment and the competitive environment,this paper introduces the tool of Porter five force model to analysis of the competitive environment particularly,we can find out that the opportunity of this industry is promising,but risk we need to consider is following: unstable regulatory policy,the emergence of a disruptive innovation of genomics sequencing technology and intense of market competition.Secondly,about the analysis of the company X's internal environment,this paper start with a briefly introduction of company X,and focusing on the company's resources and capabilities for in-depth inspection,and also analyzes and summarizes the company's core competitiveness as follows: the world's top industry R&D and transformation capacity,the whole industry chain resources,industry leading position and brand influence,the world's largest genomics data platform.It also offers an analysis of the company X's competitive advantage and disadvantages as well.What is more,on the basis of company X's SWOT analysis model,it is concluded that the company should take the aggressive model-"Strength opportunity strategy",that is to say,the direction of overall business strategy is "speed up internationalization,deepen the global layout and focus on international technology export business".It suggests that the company should adopt " Integration strategies of cost leadership and differentiation " with consideration of its strategy vision,mission and goals.Moving to the specific solutions of this business strategy,this article offers countermeasures as following: strengthening the core technology competitiveness,enhancing low costs competitive advantage,differentiated global market layout and strategy etc.Last but not least,it introduced the safeguard measures of company X's international technology export business strategy,which including five main measures,such as "building the best employer brand","establishing professional project management system","establishing appropriate project feasibility assessment method"," implementing the supporting incentives plan "," enhancing overall quality management ".Hope this paper will provide the guidline for the formulation and implementation of the international technology export business strategy of Company X,and help it to realize the globalization successfully as soon as possible.
