Along with the economic globalization speeding up and the high speeddevelopment of information technology, the enterprise competition is becomingincreasingly fierce. The competition is not simple static, but in the complex dynamicgame process, which is particularly obvious in the high-tech industry. In such amarket environment, a lot of enterprises can’t keep up with the pace of technologicalinnovation and washed out by the market. Based on the background, the paper useHAN’S LASER as a practical case, and try to find out how to realize strategicintegration through continuous technological innovation.In the first part, the paper introduces the background of topic selection,theoretical significance and practical value. On this basis, the author introduces theresearch content, thinking and logical framework.In the second part, the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign relatedresearch, including integration strategy theory, technological innovation theory, corecompetence theory and three popular strategy integration models based ontechnological innovation.In the third part, the author explores the strategic integration model of HAN’SLASER, and analysis and proves its innovation ability from the enterprise resources,enterprise core technology, enterprise competitiveness, enterprise technologyinnovation ability. This is the most important part in the paper.Finally the author makes a summary and puts forward some suggestions.The study of the development of Chinese enterprises, especially for innovativeenterprise, has the obvious reference and guidance.
