In today's economic activity is increasingly frequent,nationwide to gradually build a batch of influential super grade a office space,followed by positioning the Fit-out work quality grade a office project,affect the experience of end users.People living standard rise,already by only focus on architectural appearance to shift focus on building the user experience.Especially for investment and the overall positioning of higher project,in which Fit-out work quality and even affect the office business enterprise image and brand value.So Fit-out work project quality analysis and in-depth research,find its influence factors of control is necessary.Follow the thinking of risk management and quality management,this paper combined with actual situation using case G project as an example,the use of risk management to quality risk factors identification,analysis,evaluation,etc.Analysis the key influencing factors and general influence factors,for the management of the targeted.Using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),to evaluate the quality risk factors,and minimize the deviation caused by human factors;At the same time introduce Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA),severity of each risk factor,occurring probability and detection is analyzed,the RPN value higher risk factors control measures and Suggestions are put forward.Hope can be a combination of two different analytical tools to solve practical problems.Quality of key risk factors for targeted improvement,so that the reasonable use of resources,as far as possible to reduce or eliminate the risk of project quality,at the same time for the similar project after the G project and provide the solution and the role of reference.
