Supply-side structural reform of logistics industry has raised many new requirements for logistics industry,while it should adapt to the new normal economy as well.It is important for logistics industry to judge the characteristics of the new normal economy.It is also a major issue for logistics corridor.At the same time,in order to speed up the implementation of the strategy of “the Belt and Road(B&R)”,the ministry of transport,the national development and reform commission issued “Logistics corridor's forward construction action plan(2016-2020)”.The plan proposed the constructions of 11 logistics corridor and 85 nodes,which support the banded economic development.Based on the background and the project of Hubei Province Education Department,the paper takes 11 logistics corridors as research objects and analyzes the effect of its service efficiency on logistics corridor's industrial stickiness.Firstly,after defining the concepts of logistics corridor and logistics corridor's industrial stickiness,the paper explains the mechanism of service efficiency affecting logistics corridor's industrial stickiness by using the theories of regional economics and spatial economics.Second,using the data of logistics corridor from 2000 to 2016,the paper evaluates their service efficiency based on DEA model and measures the 11 logistics corridor's industrial stickiness.Finally,through correlation coefficient test and panel data regression model,the paper analyses the influence degree of service efficiency on logistics corridor's industrial stickiness.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Among the 11 logistics corridor,service efficiencies of the north-south coastal logistics corridor,the Beijing-Shanghai logistics corridor and Luqiao logistics corridor are relatively high.The northeast logistics corridor's is the lowest.Total factor productivity(TFP)of the northwest energy transportation and shipping logistics corridor has achieved the highest growth,while Qinying logistics corridor's TFP declines most.From 2000 to 2016,service efficiency of logistics corridor is increasing with time.As for TFP,it achieved the highest growth in 2008 and the largest decline in 2002.(2)Among the 11 logistics corridor,the north-south coastal logistics corridor's industrial stickiness is the highest.The southwest to sea logistics corridor's is the lowest.From 2000 to 2016,logistics corridor's industrial stickiness is increasing with time,which is similar to the trend of logistics corridor service efficiency.(3)Service efficiency has a positive influence on logistics corridor's industrial stickiness.Thereinto,the effect degrees are in the following order: logistics corridor's node,transport organizational pattern,level of informatization,government support,technological progress and transport lines.
