Under this background, the thesis investigated the theories of logistics corridor.Three main problems have been researched and discussed in this thesis: the basic theory of logistics corridor, logistics demand analysis, logistics corridor layout. Firstly, the concept, functions, three basic tech-economic features and economical potential theory of logistics corridor were induced. The industry geographical superiority of logistics corridor and the reason for logistics corridor layout were analyzed. And then came to the macroscopic necessity of carrying out logistics corridor laying out. Secondly, introduces connotation of logistics demand, defines demand function, supply function, and discusses what affect the requirement and its characters. Base on this, analyzes "four-step" theories, making in-depth analysis on the influencing factors of the logistics production and logistics distribution, thirdly, the author discussed the bilevel programming modeling and this way avoid the defects of monolayer programming base on User Equilibrium that can not improve the transportation efficiency of transportation system. Also take Shenzhen PingHu logistics base for example to apply the model and appraise the result, getting great effect.At present, the research on logistics corridor layout thesis and methods is few. The thesis integrated the past layout theory and method.
