The world is in the period of adjustment of economic development after the international financial crisis.Global trade will have continued to be depressed for a certain period of time.Trade protectionism is also on the rise.The global economy has entered a long-term low-speed growth period.At the same time,China's economic development is no longer maintaining a high growth rate of more than 10% per year.The benefits of economic globalization have been significantly restricted.The endogenous demand for industrial structure upgrading and transformation is increasing.While the pressure of international emission reduction and the deterioration of the domestic ecological environment has also increased.In this particular situation,the concept of international capacity cooperation came into being.Based on the Flying-geese paradigm,Marginal industry transfer theory,Product life cycle theory and Global Value Chain,this paper describes the history and characteristics of Japan's industrial transfer.Firstly,from a macroscopic perspective,it analyzes the historical background,characteristics and dynamics of Japan's industrial transfer from the 1970 s to the 1990 s,and divides Japan's industrial transfer into two different periods,before and after the Cold War,to explore its differences.Secondly,from the perspectives of the three typical industries,including mining,construction machinery and automobile industry,the paper describes the history and experience of this three industries' transfer and capacity cooperation.And the methods and models of global management of three multinational enterprises in these three industries will be described respectively.Finally,the paper further summarizes the experience of models,main body and ways in the process of Japan's industrial transfer,and limitations and lessons of Japan's industrial transfer.Combining with the status quo of China's economic development and industrial transfer,the paper provides suggestions for China's international capacity cooperation.
