Since China's accession to the WTO,economic status and influence of the rise,but with the development of economic globalization and regional economic cooperation,in our country are faced with the increasingly competitive economy,especially the banking industry,the talent is the most important in the 21 st century,bank staff is especially important,if the lack of effective management methods and performance evaluation method,the enthusiasm of the bank employee will depress,bank employee performance in the system of human resource in a core position,therefore,to establish performance appraisal system,enhances the working efficiency of the staff,to make the bank in the invincible position in the fierce competition.This paper makes a deeply analysis of the Personnel assessment system and the performance management method,considering the present status of the banking appraisal of the status quo,Design of bank performance evaluation index system,And the index of the effectiveness and applicability for validation.Finally apply the index system to the evaluation of employee for the bank of China Dongying branch,and exploring the scientific nature and effectiveness of this index system.When analyzing the case of this paper,Emphatically to accounting staff focus on performance appraisal index score and the target value.Established a “salary + job performance + the extra performance”staff performance evaluation incentive system,Set up and perfecta programwhich is dominated by evaluation and benefit of staff performance appraisal.
