A good performance evaluation is every company must facing an important problem of the company, and it is difficulty to measure and evaluate a performance is good or bad. This paper summarizes the performance appraisal in some of the advance theory and analyzed the human resource management of some basic theory on the basis of HD axle company has performance appraisal system to carry on the thorough and detailed study. Through the questionnaire, interview, and combined with the actual situation of the company collecting and sorting data, and then and carries on the analysis. For the company’s staff of different levels of the evaluation characteristics, in view of the practical situation and the existing problems, the optimized design of the performance appraisal system, namely, to establish the hierarchical classification based on the performance evaluation system, the establishment of the strategy as oriented KPI index evaluation system, based on the progress of the projects of the system, and build for a complete application of performance assessment result some aspects of the process, and put forward the optimization of the performance evaluation system of the concrete implementation measures and process. This paper combining the360-degree performance evaluation method, target administration method and key performance index method, method and combining with the use of the establishment of the target position and complete the task as the guidance, the staffs comprehensive quality and ability and the work performance of the performance evaluation index system. The meaning of the thesis is to benefit to the enterprise organization strategic target realization and can enhance the core competition of enterprises. Designed to the performance appraisal system for many enterprise has the certainly realistic reference value and the significance.
