Research On The Development Of Family Farms In Jun County

Family farms have developed rapidly in China and become an important foundation of the new agricultural management system in China.In the past two years,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has been successfully convened.The strategy of Rural Revitalization has been formally put forward.The battle against poverty has been fully launched.The system of "separation of powers" in contracted land has been further improved.The goal and task of introducing small farmers into the general pattern of modern agricultural development have been further clarified.Family farms have ushered in new development opportunities.This paper takes the development of family farms in Xun County as the research object.On the one hand,it provides practical verification for enriching the relevant theory of family farms,on the other hand,it also provides reference basis for formulating policies to promote the sustainable and healthy development of family farms in Xun County,which has strong theoretical and practical guiding significance.Based on the background of the development of family farms in Xun County,the paper sorts out the research results of family farms at home and abroad,further defines the concept of family farms,and further clarifies the connotation and characteristics of family farms,based on property rights theory,scale economy theory and agricultural land.Based on the theory of circulation,based on literature analysis,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and other research methods,the status quo,problems and internal constraints of the development of family farms in Xun County were deeply analyzed.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign family farm development models and experiences,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures.Through the monitoring data analysis of the family farms in Xun County and the field survey data analysis,it is found that the number of family farms in Xun County has increased rapidly in recent years,the scale of investment has been expanding.The area of land under management and the number of labor force continued to increase,showing a rapid development trend.However,the family farms in Xun County are mainly single-grain planting and the proportion continues to increase,the scale of land management is generally small,less financial support is obtained,and the overall operating income decreases.There are many problems in the process of rapid development.Based on the in-depth analysis of the investigation,the author summarizes three restrictive factors: the difficulty of land transfer restricts the appropriate scale of local family farms;the low degree of marketization restricts the improvement of operational efficiency;and the insufficient guidance of the governments restricts the improvement of the social service system.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of local actual conditions and domestic and rural family farm development experience,it is proposed to strengthen land transfer services to promote moderate scale operations,improve market management level to improve operational efficiency,strengthen government guidance to strengthen service support system,in order to help local family farm development.
