Study On Optimization Of Cost Control System In C Military Enterprises

With the gradual improvement of China’s socialist market economic system,especially after the 19 major,the modernization of national defense and the armed forces ushered in a new period of development opportunities,state-owned military enterprises have become more and more important.However,with the continuous development of civil and military integration in China,coupled with the rapidly changing international situation,a series of problems existing in the development process of state-owned military enterprises have gradually been highlighted.Since the planned economy era,military enterprises,such as other state-owned enterprises,do not pay much attention to cost control,it can be said that some enterprises in order to produce the products or equipment needed by the country,regardless of cost,not afraid of waste to achieve the ultimate political purpose.In recent years,the state has abolished a number of military enterprises down to the local,on the other hand,the assessment of military enterprises remaining in the preparation has gradually increased,and some even seriously inadequate tasks.In order to survive and develop,these military enterprises are bound to "find their own food to eat",the necessity of cost control gradually highlighted.The research object of this paper C military enterprises belong to this kind of military enterprises which remain in the preparation,the current living situation is extremely grim.Based on the above background,this paper first analyzes the realistic background of cost control in C military enterprises;Then,according to the present situation of cost control in C military enterprises,the PDCA management model is used to find out the problems existing in the cost control work of C military enterprises,and the analysis is carried out one by one,and then according to the analysis,Refining the overall goal of the optimization of the cost control system of C military enterprises,and constructing the optimization scheme of the cost control system of C military enterprises,and finally put forward the implementation procedure and steps suggestion of the Product cost control scheme under the optimization system.At the implementation level,we will step up publicity efforts and penetrate the concept of cost control into all aspects of the unit level,so as to better promote the development of the Cost control system optimization project of C military enterprises,and finally realize the cost of controlling the products,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and strengthen the good results of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the author makes a detailed investigation of the actual production and operation status of C military enterprises by means of field investigation,and shows the necessity and urgency of the optimization of product cost control system in C military enterprises,and sums up the problems existing in the process of cost control of C military enterprises.By using the comprehensive analysis method,aiming at several problems existing in the cost control process of C military enterprises,the optimization scheme is put forward,which makes the cost control optimization work more practical and operational,which is of great help to perfect the cost control system of C military enterprises.The theoretical reference value of this paper for similar enterprises,but also has a strong practical guiding significance.
