Research On Transmission Line Construction Cost Control Of Conversion Construction Enterprise

Given the confirmed price of the construction contract, it is significant for the construction enterprises of power transmission to lower their cost so as to survive the competitive electric power market for further progress, expansion and maximization of profits. The singleness and one-off characteristic of the construction enterprises requires project management to be carried out by those enterprises. The cost management in power enterprises is a key point for them to increase their income and reduce their expenditure, advance in both internal and external development as well as to gain the competitive advantage. Accordingly, it is imperative for the construction enterprises to strengthen their project cost management in the contracting implement in order to enhance their economic performance.The thesis is intended to introduce the concepts, features and principles of cost control of power transmission sequence, to analyze the cost composition of transmission construction in China and to explore the actual conditions of the transmission construction in such aspects as implicit costs, direct costs, venue acquisition, and refuse removal fees. Secondly, after the guidelines of transmission cost control are finalized, its procedures are analyzed by means of dynamic track control system coupled with PDCA CYC theory. Among others, the approaches to the transmission construction cost in China are analyzed, the corresponding control methods offered from the angle of transmission cost composition, the controlling methods of the overall cost control elaborated, as well as the comprehensive cost control also analyzed on the basis of the relationship between cost, quality and construction periods, together with the detail control put forward after integrating the project management acquired from our courses with our specific working experiences. Finally, the significance of cost control of power transmission sequence is mentioned; and in addition to that, the countermeasure analyses are set forth on cost control management of the power transmission projects such as technological, economical, contracting, organizational, and problem-resolving measures as well.
