Automobile insurance marketing business is an important business of insurance companies.Whether the automobile insurance marketing work is carried out smoothly or not is related to the improvement of the business of insurance companies themselves and the overall economic benefits.Insurance company is a legal person established according to law.It collects insurance fees from the insured,uses part of the expenditure assets for bank deposits,bonds,funds,stocks and other investments,and uses the premiums and earnings to pay compensation to the insured customers.Insurance companies carry out automobile insurance business,obtain steady returns in the process of investment,provide equal insurance services to customers,and realize the improvement of the company's own economic returns.S insurance company occupies an important position in domestic insurance companies.Since its establishment in the 1980 s,the company has gradually formed and accumulated a good corporate image and reputation by providing high-quality services to customers.In recent years,the development of S insurance company's automobile insurance business has been accelerated,which has accelerated the expansion of the insurance company's business and the improvement of its economic benefits.Automobile insurance marketing is an important part of the development of automobile insurance business,mainly for the marketing work of insurance company's automobile insurance business.S insurance company provides vehicle insurance service to the insured,evades the risk of vehicle property and driving vehicle for the insured,guarantees the basic rights and interests of the insured,effectively promotes the sustainable development of insurance company and social economy,and is conducive to maintaining social stability.Under the favorable internal and external environment,the automobile insurance business of S insurance company has also developed to a certain extent,which has promoted the great development of the whole business of insurance company,but in the process of development,there are also many problems,which affect the automobile insurance marketing business of S insurance company and the improvement of the overall development benefit of insurance company.These problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first,the satisfaction degree of customers is low;second,the price competitiveness of automobile insurancemarketing is low compared with other insurance companies;third,the channel of automobile insurance marketing is not smooth enough;fourth,the service quality of automobile insurance products is not high enough.The reasons mainly come from four aspects: first,the homogeneity of automobile insurance marketing products is serious;second,the insurer's ability to insure profits is low;third,the target of customer management is not clear;fourth,the role of marketing channels is not obvious.S insurance company's automobile insurance marketing business can be improved from the following four aspects: first,to comprehensively utilize the establishment of a diversified new product system and innovate the combination of existing products to develop personalized automobile insurance types;second,to strengthen the continuity of automobile insurance.On the basis of insurance ability and risk control of automobile insurance,we should strengthen the ability of insurance profitability;thirdly,we should optimize the management of customer relationship from two aspects: subdividing customers and focusing on customer needs and experience;fourthly,we should adopt innovative ways to optimize channels and establish effective information transmission mechanism to realize the optimization of channel management system.Insurance company business is a complex project.Automobile insurance marketing business is a kind of business project.If insurance company wants to carry out vehicle insurance marketing business smoothly,it needs to consider vehicle insurance marketing business from a strategic perspective,and constantly seek effective measures to promote the development of theory and practice of vehicle insurance marketing business.
