QH was founded in December 2011.Its registered capital is of 150 million yuan.The QH cooperation area of the A city is a wholly-owned controlling shareholder.The company is strategically positioned as an industrial developer,that is,to play the main role of development and construction around the overall development plan of the QH cooperation zone.And raises the development construction fund,strengthens the city infrastructure construction,thus lays the foundation of the industrial development.The company is mainly engaged in the investment and operation of specific industries such as finance,modern logistics,science and technology service,so as to promote the development of the leading industry.In this study,the author mainly takes QH company as a case to analyze its strategic development plan.To analyze how to grasp the new historical opportunity,undertake the second-level development of the regional land,the investment of major projects and the mission of the industrial operator.And in-depth analysis of its ways to develop and expand with the back ground of current economic macro-control.The author hopes to provide some new ideas and enlightenment for the development of industrial development service providers and enterprises supported by the government with the help of the elaboration and analysis of this paper.The central content of this paper is mainly about the development of the "The analysis of internal external environment of the industry service provider enterprise,the development strategy of the industry service provider and the implementation measures of the development strategy of the industrial service provider".Firstly,according to the central idea of this paper,and the formulation and implementation of the strategy of QH company,the present situation of the research on strategic management in domestic and foreign enterprises is prospected uniformly,thus providing a sufficient theoretical basis for this study.At the same time,the present strategic model is further summarized.Secondly,using the five-force model,the SWOT analysis model compares to analyze the internal and external development environment of QH enterprises.On this basis,the paper deeply excavates all kinds of threats,opportunities,advantages and disadvantages of QH enterprises in the process of development.Besides,at the strategic level to make strategic objectives and specific implementation plan for the company's long-term development.Finally,based on the QH enterprise development status,the future development route isplanned.Surrounding in turn of the enterprise structure,corporate culture,financial resources,human resources and other aspects to provide strategic protection for the development of QH company.
