Money is the basic concept of social science.In history of human development,although the form of money changed all the time,the nature of money never changed.Money is the media of people,which also advances the social process.Money is the extension of people's inner desire and motivation,and it is also a control system for political organizations to achieve their goals.Therefore,monetary power has become an indispensable part of political power,and it has risen to the same strategic position as sea power and land power.With the formation of the world system and globalization,the struggle for monetary power is also a necessary means of competing strength among various countries.Currency hegemony is the symbol of country power.After World War II,the dollar hegemony which deeply influenced the world officially and gained a firm foothold.Compared with Pound hegemony,dollar hegemony is more effective.The competitive within economic and financial has become wars without smoke.From the perspective of money media,this paper takes Dollar hegemony as the research object,summarizes the formation,establishment,operation mechanism and influence of dollar hegemony,and draws the internal mechanism of dollar hegemony.The disintegration of the Bretton Woods system officially made dollar lose its golden shackles.After that,dollar hegemony was formally established.Since then,dollar runs without chains and started filling in the US government's high fiscal deficit and trade deficit,which vigorously promoted the internationalization of the dollar and help America obtain more power.Although hegemonism has always been criticized by the international community,But other countries have no method to this situation.After all,the hegemony of which is actually soft hegemony.It is relied on the military power which is the real hard hegemony.Dollar Hegemony is related to the power of United States.The control of the US system by the dollar hegemony will not collapse in a day.The United States also repeatedly asked RMB to appreciate,in order to realize its own interests.China must take measures to reduce the exploitation.In the process of globalization of RMB,It is important to understand dollar hegemony,so does RMB to extend its influence to the world.Only in this way can we make a solid foundation for China to grasp the right in the international community.
