Along with the vigorous development of "Internet finance",Chinese domestic bank credit card market has shown fierce competition,and all parties compete for the market share,which impacts the traditional credit card business development model and marketing concept.Therefore,bank credit cards should follow the development of the Internet,innovate online marketing concepts,optimize online marketing methods,and guide the development of online marketing strategies for credit cards with the essence of Internet finance.Through a large number of domestic and foreign literature on credit card network marketing,combined with the mature experience of Internet financial marketing at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current development status of online credit card marketing strategy.Taking the credit card business of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenzhen Branch as the research object,through the integration of relevant information of Shanghai Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,based on the investigation and analysis,we will deeply understand the development status of credit card business and the status quo of online marketing,and the current online marketing strategy of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenzhen Branch The existing problems and causes are discussed in depth.The study found that the current online marketing of credit card of Shenzhen Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has problems such as insufficient service capacity of online marketing staff,insufficient market segmentation of credit card products,unclear target customer groups,imperfect marketing channel construction,and lack of promotion methods.Based on problem analysis,research on improving credit card product innovation ability,carrying out market segmentation work,clarifying target customer groups,building online serviceplatform,improving the utilization rate of online marketing channels such as WeChat and Weibo,and enhancing the accuracy of promotional activities.The diversity and other aspects have optimized the credit card online marketing strategy of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenzhen Branch,and provided guarantees for the implementation of credit card online marketing strategy in the aspects of resource sharing platform construction,marketing team building,financing channel construction and performance evaluation system.The research results of the thesis have guiding significance for online marketing of credit card of Shenzhen Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,and have reference significance for the same industry.
