In recent years,the development of insurance industry in China is very rapid,especially the arrival of the era of global economic integration,which not only brings good opportunities for the development of insurance industry,but also brings great challenges to the development of insurance industry.Foreign insurance companies have also entered the Chinese market,intensifying the domestic insurance industry competition.Therefore,the insurance industry must reform the management idea and management thinking,adhere to the idea of keeping pace with the times,adjust the marketing strategy,make it conform to the development trend of the market,so as to establish a firm foothold in the fierce market competition and realize the stable and sustainable development.The thesis is divided into six parts,from the background to the relevant theory,to the specific analysis,to the promotion of each level.First of all,it expounds the development background and challenges of the insurance industry in China,and puts forward the urgency of the current research on the marketing strategy of the insurance industry.Summarized the domestic and foreign and enterprise marketing strategy related theoretical research,provided the theoretical basis for this study;thirdly,take PICC Loudi branch as the key research object,analyzes the current marketing environment of the company.Including internal environment analysis,external environment analysis and SWOT analysis,comprehensive and in-depth analysis of China PICC Loudi branch marketing status and existing problems;finally,According to the problems existing in the marketing of PICC Loudi Branch,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The research results of this paper are to strengthen the practical value of the research,to improve the feasibility of the research conclusion,to investigate the research objects on the spot,to visit some industry experts,and to make the research as reliable and valuable as possible.In order to make the analysis more comprehensive,citing some advanced theories from abroad and combining with the analysis programs that other industries can use for reference,The deficiency lies in the insufficient understanding of the internal marketing data of PICC Loudi Branch.Because some information of the enterprise involves commercial secrets,therefore,in the actual study of the enterprise,We can only make a fuzzy analysis of the present situation of its development and make a general statistic of the data,which directly leads to the analysis being not comprehensive and thorough enough,and the innovation of the research results is not enough.
