With the deepening of China's economic reform,especially the acceleration of the marketization of the financial system,China's commercial banks increasingly fierce competition,in order to foothold in the market competition,as the main service-oriented banking industry,improve the quality of service is an important factor related to the survival and development of commercial banks.Firstly,this paper puts forward the background of this paper,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,and expounds the relevant service theory This paper probes into the problems of the development of the commercial banks of Ordos,and analyzes and arranges the following main optimization measures: first,according to the needs of customers,the operation business process reengineering,we must comprehensively strengthen the service channels of the commercial banks of Ordos neutralization service function;Second,according to market conditions,efforts to carry out product and service innovation,focusing on the market,service,customer relationship under the premise of constantly strengthen project promotion and innovation management,grasp the principle,improve the comprehensive competitiveness;Three is to actively improve the service management mechanism,to build the environment as the goal,in order to further optimize the service environment of Erdos commercial bank;Four is to improve the human resources management system as the basis,and constantly strengthen service management.Through the study of the service quality of commercial banks in Ordos,this paper provides reference and ideas for strengthening the service quality management of commercial banks and improving their service quality,and promotes the improvement of the service quality management level of commercial banks in China with specific cases and practical and reliable suggestions,which makes the commercial banks in Ordos constantly improve their service quality management in the increasingly competitive environment.
