Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Industry-finance Integration On Business Performance

The combination of industry and finance refers to the organic combination of the capital of the entity enterprise and the capital of the financial enterprise,and the“production and integration”.Nowadays,there are many enterprise groups that have already begun to combine production and finance in China.With the policy support of the country's integration of industry and finance,more industrial capital will enter the financial industry in the future.However,at present,the conclusions about the impact of the combination of industry and finance on the business performance of enterprises are not consistent.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanism of the impact of the combination of industry and finance on business performance.Taking Shanghai Fosun Group as an example,this paper uses the single case study method,based on the synergy theory and life cycle theory,to study how the group's industry-integration strategy affects the business performance of the company.What is its mechanism and path? Firstly,according to the degree of integration of industry and finance,Fosun Group's process of integration of industry and finance was divided into four stages,and a brief analysis of the factors of Fosun's integration of production and integration was conducted.The study concluded that the two companies implemented a combination of industry and finance to influence the performance of the company:participating in financial institutions and establishing financial companies in the group.Among them,the participating financial institutions can enhance the business performance of the company by easing the financing constraints and obtaining the investment income,and establishing the financial company to improve the business performance by centralized management of funds.The study found that Fosun Group's combination of industry and finance has a certain improvement effect on its business performance,which makes it a leader among private enterprises.Therefore,industrial enterprises can achieve the goal of improving corporate performance through the combination of industry and finance.This paper has certain reference significance for enterprises to implement integration of industry and finance.
