The separation of modern enterprise ownership and management rights has led to the contradiction of principal-agent.In order to solve this problem,the equity incentive system came into being in the United States.So far,the equity incentive mechanism has been applied in many countries around the world.The rich practice results show that the equity incentive system can closely link the interests of controlling shareholders,managers and employees,and while giving incentives to core employees,It can cultivate the overall situation of employees,effectively improve the performance of enterprises,and promote the development of enterprises in a more healthy and long-term direction.As the primary industry of China's economic development,agriculture plays an important supporting role in the construction and development of the national economy.With the continuous advancement of the agricultural industry,the demand for research and development of high-tech and high-quality products is gradually increasing.The incentive effect of implementing the equity incentive plan on talents can improve the stability of agricultural enterprises and promote the long-term development of agricultural enterprises.The case entity Haida Group,selected in this paper,is in the leading position in the feed industry and is the first feed enterprise in China to implement the equity incentive plan.Haida Group has successively launched three equity incentive plans from 2011 to 2017.The timing is continuous,and there are many differences in the design of incentive elements for the three equity incentive plans.The third incentive plan has too many incentives.It has s suspicion of employee benefits,with a certain research representative.This paper analyzes the three equity incentive plans of Haida Group in detail,and analyzes the financial performance,R&D innovation ability and the loss of incentive objects during the implementation of the equity incentive plan,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the equity incentive plan of Haida Group.Suggestions for targeted optimization were put forward,and case enlightenment was given.It has certain reference value for the implementation of equity incentive plan for agricultural enterprises,and contributes to the progressive development of the agricultural industry.
