| With the improvement of people’s living standards and the fast pace of life of urban residents,the demand for fresh and perishable products is increasing,thus promoting the development of cold chain industry.However,in the actual operation,there are problems such as high cost of cold chain transportation and non-standard distribution management,which need to be solved urgently.Taking the cold chain of J company as the research object,this paper focuses on the optimization scheme of cold chain distribution to realize the efficient utilization of distribution vehicles and reduce the total cost of distribution.Firstly,on the basis of expounding the concept of cold chain and the current situation of cold chain at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the main business and business process of J company,and conducts a horizontal and vertical analysis on the historical business data of cold chain distribution of the company,and finds that there are problems such as high transportation cost of distribution and unbalanced use of distribution vehicles in cold chain distribution at present.Then focused on the path optimization problem in cold chain distribution,refrigeration equipment of involving energy costs,vehicle,vehicle fixed costs,transportation costs beyond the customer time window punishment cost,damage cost due to spoilage delve into the generalized transport cost,based on the generalized distribution with time Windows the total cost of the least cold-chain distribution vehicle routing optimization model.Then,by collecting the order distribution data of 43 stores of J company in Shanghai and using the improved artificial swarm algorithm to solve the model,the path optimization solution with the generalized minimum transportation cost was obtained.Finally,the sensitivity of the scheme is analyzed from the three aspects of average vehicle speed,product demand and vehicle load,and the reasonable improvement Suggestions of J company’s cold chain distribution optimization are put forward. |
