With the continuous improvement of national living standards,consumers' demand for cold chain products such as fruits and vegetables is increasing.At the same time,the demand of consumer is increasingly diversified and personalized and the requirement for the cold chain logistics service level and delivery time is higher and higher.These factors promote the development of cold chain logistics,and also bring great challenges to the service and cost of cold chain logistics.At present,the.high cost,unreasonable logistics planning and low customer satisfaction are all important factors restricting the development of cold chain logistics.Distribution is a key link of cold chain logistics.Optimizing the cold-chain logistics distribution path in dynamic customer demand can help to improve customers' satisfaction and reduce distribution cost.It is an important subject of great practical significance.By integrating the theory with practice and using the method of system analysis,the paper researches on the problem of dynamic vehicle routing optimization of cold chain logistics based on time-window.The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the related theory of cold chain logistics and vehicle routing optimization.The characteristics of cold chain logistics,the basic distribution optimization model and the definition and classification of dynamic vehicle optimization are clarified.Furthermore,the algorithm for solving the optimization problem of vehicle routing in cold chain logistics is summarized.Secondly,this paper analyzes the model and algorithm in the problem of dynamic vehicle routing optimization of cold chain logistics based on time-window.First,combining with the characteristics and operation process of cold chain logistics,the distribution cost of cold chain logistics is analyzed in detail,including fixed cost,transportation cost,damage cost,refrigeration cost and time window cost.The model of dynamic vehicle routing optimization of cold chain logistics with time-window is established to optimize the total cost of distribution.And the strategy of dynamic information processing and vehicle route updating is proposed in this paper.Then,this paper puts forward a kind of improved Artificial Fish Algorithm of adaptive vision and step.In this way,the slow convergence rate and local optimum problem of the algorithm can be solved.At last,the validity of improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is verified by a TSP example.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the case of a cold chain logistics enterprise in GuiYang and the established model is applied in practice.By comparing the logistics distribution plans of dynamic customer demand and static customer demand,the advantages of cold chain logistics path planning under dynamic demand are further verified.This is a good way to save enterprise resources and improve customer satisfaction.
