Research On The Credit Risk Evaluation Of Commercial Banks

Since the 21 st century,the development of the financial market has gradually increased the risk of the commercial banks' credit business.The commercial banks' credit business not only has a huge impact on the scale of the banks' development,but also laid the foundation for the development of the macro economy.However,the rapid development of commercial banks has led to the emergence of credit risk.Therefore,how to effectively identify the risks arising from the loan process,manage and control,has become an urgent problem for the credit risk department of commercial banks.Under the above background,the research is based on the combination of empirical research and theoretical analysis.It scientifically and objectively identifies and quantifies the credit risk of commercial banks,and further perfects the bank's credit risk assessment model.Firstly,based on relevant literature review,a preliminary evaluation of the credit risk of commercial banks was conducted to determine the selected research tools and related technical routes.Secondly,through the analysis of the development of risk management of commercial banks,the risk management theory of commercial banks was summarized.It sums up the differences between the traditional bank risk management theory and the modern bank risk management theory from qualitative and quantitative aspects Based on this,through the statistical analysis of experimental data,it proposes feasible suggestions for the problems existing in the credit risk management of H city commercial banks,and lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the healthy development of commercial banks' credit business.In summary,this study provides new research ideas for the evaluation and management of commercial bank credit risk,and proposes guiding risk management suggestions,which makes the risk management of commercial banks in the current financial context more contemporary.
