By the impacts of international financial crisis began in2008, toensure the healthy development of the national economy, the statepromptly introduced a series of economic stimulus plans which includeincreasing financial support economic development efforts, specifically inthe bank credit acceleration and the rapid expansion of credit scale.Although the economic development of the state is steady in past twoyears, by the impacts of various domestic and international factors, theuncertainty of economic development increased. The risk of bank loans isdiversified and expanded and the banks are put forward higherrequirements on credit risk control.In this thesis, we analyze the relevant domestic and foreign literature,Summarize the existing commercial bank credit risk control theory andrelated research results. Based on this, we conduct in-depth analysis ofrisk control status and problems of Hunan Branch of CCBC(ChinaConstruction Bank Corporation), at last, we also put forward corresponding countermeasures.This thesis argues that Hunan Branch of CCBC has been greatlyimproved in recent years as follows, concepts and means of credit riskcontrol, risk control processes, dynamic monitoring of credit risk andmanagement system implementation. But there is a great gap betweenHunan Branch and the advanced international risk management agencies.The main reasons are: first, basic management is relatively weak andsystem implementation is not enough; second,risk control system islagging behind, risk identification and classification is not perfect; third,professional level of credit management team is not high; Fourth, creditmanagement assessment is imperfect, which leading the poor executionability; Fifth, information asymmetry between banks and business and theincrease of cross-regional business lead cost increased and range expandedof risk management.According to the results, this thesis argues that the core of how tostrengthen credit risk management of Hunan Construction Bank is toestablish and improve credit risk management system, risk classification and identification systems, further improve the quality of credit managers,strengthen the executive power of system, increase the intensity of rewardand punishment evaluation. Credit risk management has to be alwaystreated as the most important task. Hunan Construction Bank must takeactive innovation and make progress with the times, ensure the refinementlevel of risk management, continuously improve the level of credit riskmanagement.
