At present,China is in the transitional period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.There is still a big gap between China's agriculture and modernized agriculture in developed countries.Agricultural science and technology innovation is an important way to improve the international competitiveness of China's agriculture.The forward-looking agricultural scientific research results as the product of agricultural science and technology innovation,representing the highest level of China's agriculture.As a carrier of agricultural scientific research achievements,the agricultural demonstration base plays an irreplaceable role in agricultural demonstration and promotion.At present,China's agricultural demonstration base is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems in the construction.As the earliest agricultural high-tech industrial demonstration park established by the state,Yangling Demonstration Zone has a demonstration role for agriculture across the country.Through the investigation of the grape demonstration base of Xinji Village in Yangling Demonstration Zone,the experience and shortcomings of Yangling Demonstration Zone in the construction of agricultural demonstration base are summarized,which is of great significance not only for the construction of agricultural demonstration base in Yangling Demonstration Zone,but also for the national agricultural demonstration base.The development has a reference.The paper takes the grape demonstration base of Xinji Village,Rougu Town,Yangling Demonstration Zone as the main research site,and comprehensively applies the theory of innovation diffusion,information asymmetry,radiation,and the reference to the construction experience of agricultural demonstration bases and agricultural test stations at home and abroad.In the above,the field research method,case analysis method and literature research method are the main research methods,and the basic conditions of the geographical,natural and social aspects of the construction of the agricultural demonstration base of the Xinji Village grape demonstration base in Rougu Town,Yangling Demonstration Zone are analyzed.The basic situation of the construction and operation of the grape demonstration base in Xinji Village,with SWOT analysis as the main theoretical basis,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Xinji Village grape demonstration base in the construction process,and points out experience and problems in the operation of the demonstration base of the grapes of Xinji Village.The Xinji Village Grape Demonstration Base has obvious experience in the construction of the radiation belt,significant economic effects,and the transformation of farmers into new agricultural management entities.It is also worthwhile to learn from the land,but there are also insufficient land transfer,insufficient funding,and uneven resource allocation.There is a disjunction between management,a lack of a sound management system,and a long period of adaptation of farmers to new technologies.In order to ensure the efficient development of agricultural demonstration bases,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the government,research institutes,agricultural demonstration base management units and farmers.The government should improve relevant laws and regulations,increase financial input to agricultural demonstration bases,improve the land transfer mechanism,and establish a professional farmer training platform.Agricultural research units should improve their own scientific research and construction level,increase investment in scientific research;pay attention to personnel training,encourage scientific research personnel to join the industry;establish a high-level agricultural extension expert team.The agricultural demonstration base management unit shall carry out scientific planning,classified management and classified development of the agricultural demonstration base;improve the management system of the agricultural demonstration base;radiation will drive the surrounding economic development and promote farmers' income.Farmers should also actively participate in training,master relevant knowledge;improve their own cultural quality;and actively participate in land transfer.
