Research On Financial Problems In The Small And Medium High Technology Enterprises

In recent years,due to the advantages of direct financing channels of the new third board,more and more small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises pay attention to the new third board in order to achieve long-term development.However,in terms of the preparatory process for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises to be listed on the new third board,financial management plays a crucial role in the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,problems in financial management will seriously affect the smooth listing of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance for the listing and development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises to discuss the possible financial problems that small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises may face in listing on the new third board and put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve such problems.Enterprise life cycle theory is applied in this article,financial analysis and the theory of capital structure,through consulting all kinds of references,this paper characteristics of development of small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzing the limitations of small and medium-sized enterprise to seek steady development,particularly in terms of money demand and economies of scale of present situation and problems,combining with the case in the past and the present financial data,the financing activities,investment activities,business activities,distribution activities the profitability,operation ability,solvency and growth capacity situation analysis and empirical research,mainly according to the various financial indicators,analyzes the problems faced in the listing.Based on this,it puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the financial problems of listed small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,so as to help enterprises achieve better and faster development.Considered in this study are: small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises listed financial problems that exist in the main performance in the past left over from history of financial problems and normative financial management,internal control integrity and tax aspects of rationality,profit planning and continued operation of the business,enterprise financial analysis comprehensive profundity,etc.Therefore,in order to solve the financial problems encountered in the listing of case enterprises,the following aspects should be taken into consideration : first,properly handle the financial problems left over from history through negotiation,strictly regulate the construction of the relevant financial system of the enterprise,and strengthen the construction of the professional financial team;Secondly,improve the enterprise internal control system,strengthen staff financial management training,strengthen the implementation of enterprise financial budget and management supervision;Thirdly,in the aspect of overall financial management system construction,we should make reasonable tax plan,strengthen the construction of enterprise information platform and internal and external audit execution,and make reasonable profit planning and profit distribution in the aspect of enterprise development.Finally,for the financial evaluation system,we should improve its comprehensive and profound construction and further strengthen the comprehensive financial analysis.
