China's construction industry informationization started late,the construction industry informationization level is low,there is a larger space for development.With the rapid development of informationization in construction industry,a series of new concepts have emerged,which give new connotation and content to the development of informationization in construction industry and give greater impetus to the development of industry."Intelligent site" is one of them.It is a new concept of life cycle management.It plays an important role in realizing visual and intelligent management of engineering construction and improving the information level of Engineering management.As a representative intellectual construction site listed enterprise,the analysis and diagnosis of P company's financial situation will help us to understand and predict the current situation and future of the enterprise and the industry.It has great reference significance for other intelligent construction site enterprises.This paper mainly uses case study method and takes P Intelligent Site Company as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of P Company.Then,starting from the strategic analysis of P Company,it makes an analysis of the current environment faced by China's Intelligent Site Enterprises,and uses the "Porter Five Forces Model" to analyze the five potential competitive forces P Company is facing,Through SWOT analysis of P company,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of P company are analyzed.Then,further accounting,financial and Prospects Analysis of P company is carried out,and comprehensive analysis of P company's financial statements,financial data and various financial indicators in recent years is carried out.According to the characteristics of each index in P company's financial diagnosis,this paper constructs a financial evaluation index system including 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,including profitability,operating ability,solvency,development ability and capital structure.this paper uses the principle of entropy weight,Based on the principle of entropy weight,the index is quantitatively analyzed by the improved entropy weight method,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined.At the same time,the grey relational model is introduced to determine the grey relational degree between each evaluation object and the optimal index value.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation value of each evaluation object is obtained and ranked by combining the entropy weight.An Empirical Study on five intelligent site enterprises including P company is carried out,Finally,it is concluded that the total assets turnover rate,accounts receivable turnover rate,total assets growth rate,net profit turnover rate and property right ratio have a greater impact on the financial evaluation results.Operating capacity plays a vital role in evaluating the financial situation of enterprises,and is the main factor affecting the financial evaluation of intelligent construction site enterprises,the ranking results are consistent with the actual situation.From a scientific point of view,this paper comprehensively evaluates the financial situation of intelligent construction site enterprises,which provides a certain reference for investors and managers.
