With the development of the national economy,the living standards of the public have been continuously improved,and the consumption expenditure,leisure style and emotional sustenance of residents have changed.Nowadays,keeping pets has become a new way of leisure and emotional sustenance for modern people.As the number of pets has increased,the demand for pet food has increased significantly.As an emerging industry,the pet food industry has begun to enter the public life,and its market share has also expanded.Hebei Province is a province with large proportion of pet food production and sales.In 2018,the pet food industry in Hebei Province has an annual output value of 5.2 billion yuan,accounting for 60% of the domestic market share,and has the largest pet food production and sales base in the country,which plays an important role in the domestic pet food market.status.Although the pet food industry in Hebei Province has developed rapidly in recent years,there are also a series of problems such as inadequate market supervision,chaotic sales channels,and insufficient market development.Only by studying the pet food consumption market and demand situation in Hebei Province and finding out the influencing factors affecting consumers' purchase of pet food can we promote the healthy development of the pet food market.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pet food demand and its influencing factors in Hebei Province.This study firstly sorted out the research results and literatures related to pet food at home and abroad,and combined the field research data of 14 cities in China and 11 cities in Hebei Province to analyze the current situation and characteristics of supply and demand in pet food market in Hebei Province.Secondly,according to the analysis The pet food market demand questionnaire survey in Hebei Province analyzes many factors such as pet purpose,pet type,pet time,food quality,family monthly income,and monthly purchase amount of pet food.It is concluded that small pets are more popular and raised by breeders.The author pays attention to the nutrition and health of pet food,the fact that rural farmers are not active in purchasing pet food,and the age of the purchaser is closely related to the purchase channel.Again,qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the pet food market demand in Hebei Province,the family monthly income is high.The amount of food purchased is large,the breeder trusts the quality of foreign pet food,the pet food price is high,the pet food purchase volume is small,the supermarket and e-commerce are the main purchase channels,the economic development updates the consumption concept and the purchasing habits,etc.;then,based on the qualitative analysis Logistic regression analysis It is concluded that the factors such as family monthly income,education level,pet time,purchase expectation,understanding degree and promotion means are positively and positively affected.Family income is the main factor affecting pet food demand.The higher the education level,the higher the purchase.The higher the quantity,the better the purchase expectation,the longer the pet holding time,the greater the probability of purchasing pet food,the low level of understanding of pet food and the special promotion can effectively stimulate the purchasing behavior of residents;finally,the demand for expanding pet food,Specific recommendations for market segmentation,marketing strategy,government support,and attention to environmental awareness of pet food companies provide a theoretical basis for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the pet food market in Hebei Province.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the main factors affecting the pet food market demand in Hebei Province for the first time.The logistic regression model and SPSS correspondence analysis method are used to analyze the factors affecting the pet food market demand in Hebei Province.The pets in Hebei Province are discussed for the first time.The connection between various factors in the food market provides a reference for increasing the market share of pet food enterprises in Hebei Province.
