Study On The Spatial Differentiation Of Characteristic Small Towns With The Cultural Tourism

After many years of urbanization development,problems such as inconsistency between urban and rural economic development and population growth and serious lag of rural development have arisen in China.These social problems will be reflected in the spatial structure of cities and towns,showing a clear phenomenon of unbalanced spatial development,that is the phenomenon of spatial differentiation.As a relatively independent small regional agglomeration area,small towns cover urban and rural areas,it's the junction between urban and rural areas.Taking characteristic small towns as the entry point can expand the research field of spatial differentiation between towns and villages.Based on the research of spatial differentiation,the thesis divides spatial differentiation into physical and social space.Physical spatial differentiation is the functional form of physical space,and social spatial differentiation is the study of human living,economic and social activity space.Then,taking Xizhou Town in Dali as an example,this thesis studies the process of spatial differentiation at the level of town and township area:the physical spatial differentiation at the level of town area studies the change of construction land,spatial form,public space,social spatial differentiation studies the spatial differentiation of economic and social activities;the physical spatial differentiation at the level of township area studies the change of construction land,the differentiation of land function and spatial form,social spatial differentiation studies the spatial differentiation of dwelling space and social activities Based on the study of spatial differentiation process:it's concluded that physical space gradually forms the core of township,showing the differentiation characteristics of "point-axis change";social space shows the differentiation characteristics of from singleness to complexity,and spatial heterogeneity enhances.In addition,the intrinsic driving forces that affect spatial differentiation are government,tourism market and developers,and grassroots groups,then taking Xizhou as an example,the thesis puts forward the development strategies for characteristic small towns.Finally,the thesis considers that in the phenomenon of spatial differentiation,many important factors affect the spatial differentiation of characteristic small towns.For the phenomenon of spatial differentiation in Xizhou town,it not only promotes social segregation,but also promotes the social progress and historical evolution of Xizhou.Therefore,in the future development,it still needs to be positioned accurately and managed appropriately to ensure the healthy development of characteristic small towns.
