Study On Industrial Spatial Organization Of Characteristic Towns In Jiangsu Province

At present,China’s urbanization has entered a new stage,urbanization transformation and rural revitalization have been in-depth,making small towns between urban and rural areas once again become a national policy concern.Under the background of the new normal economic and social development,characteristic small towns have become an emerging developing model of small towns.The characteristic town is a multi-functional innovative development platform based on a multi-element,composite industry,culture,tourism and community in a limited space.It is a new industrial-spatial organization form.It is an evolution of economies of scale and industrial clusters,also a path innovation of industrial structure innovation transformation.As a new urban form,the theoretical research on characteristic towns lags behind planning practice,especially how its industrial space organization has yet to be clarified.Based on this,this paper takes Jiangsu’s first batch of characteristic small towns as the research object and tries to study and discuss the theoretical propositions that occur in this practice.On the basis of comprehensive combing the existing related research,the foundation of this paper contains three levels of research ideas:"history","macro" and "micro".It includes three aspects.First,the historical evolution of the industrial space organization of small towns and the formation process of characteristic towns.The second is the macro-structure of the industrial space organization of characteristic small towns,and the third is the micro-mechanism of the characteristic small towns’industrial space organization.The research firstly traces the five stages of the evolution of industrial space organization in small towns in Jiangsu after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It summarizes the laws and trends of industrial space organization evolution in small towns in Jiangsu from the aspects of industrial factors,industrial organization,spatial organization and spatial characteristics.The characteristic township is the industrial background and evolution trend of the latest form of industrial space organization in small towns.Secondly,this paper studies the characteristics of industrial space organization of characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province from a macro perspective.After comparing with the industrial selection of the country and the characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province continue the Zhejiang model to focus on the development mode of the small industry with the emerging industry as the core,while taking into account the national-level characteristic towns to encourage new types of urbanization development pursuing the characteristics of relative balance under regional gradient differences.On the basis of this understanding,this paper divides the model type of industrial space organization of characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province,and divides it into a "small town+" model based on traditional small towns for transformation and upgrading,and a "+ town" mode relying on the industrial park to join the small town space function.Thirdly,this paper takes the green town of Yangzhou Fangxiang,one of the declared towns in Jiangsu’s characteristic towns,as the main research object,and analyzes the micro-level industrial space organization of the characteristic town.The planning analysis summarizes the industrial organization logic from the core industry to the value chain to the peripheral industry,and the spatial organization model that is isomorphic with the industry,including the small towns’ living room,the town’s whole area and the industrial ecosystem,and the corresponding organizational operation mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical research and empirical research,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the construction of industrial space organization in the process of creating and cultivating characteristic towns in Jiangsu Province and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.The whole thesis contains about 48 000 words,55 pictures and charts.
