| With the development of Internet,tourism has entered the era of popularization.According to the data of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand,more than 35 million tourists visited Thailand in 2017,an increase of 8.77% compared with 2016,creating a total of 1.82 trillion baht(366 billion RMB)for the tourism industry of Thailand,an increase of 11.66% compared with 2016.In 2018,37 million tourists traveled to Thailand,Creating about 2 trillion baht,(402.8 billionRMB).The development of Thai tourism enterprises can not be separated from the cultivation of talents.Excellent talents are the key to competition in the tourism market.Therefore,human resources management is the core of the development of tourism enterprises.The traditional staff training mainly focuses on the teaching method,which is more convenient to use and easy for training instructors to control the whole training process,but the one-way information transmission,feedback effect is poor.In today’s increasingly developing Internet era,not only people’s lifestyle and tourism mode have been changed,but also a new wave of training methods for tourism enterprises has been brought.Such methods as audio-visual technology law,case study law,network training law and so on have been widely applied to staff training in tourism enterprises,enabling staff training to integrate training funds through the network platform.Source not only enables employees to understand the content of training more deeply,but also stimulates employees’ interest in learning,which facilitates employees to review repeatedly.Therefore,this paper mainly adopts literature review,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to study the staff training of Thai tourism industry in the Internet era,focusing on E-learning training mode as the research object 。 I am a Thai studenttake YD tourism enterprises in Thailand as the research object,and combining the research status of Thai tourism industry staff training in the Internet era by domestic and foreign scholars.On the basis of relevant concepts,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and Analysis on the current situation of stafftraining in YD tourism enterprises in Thailand,collates the basic situation of human resources management and staff training in the tourism industry in Thailand,finds out the challenges faced by staff training in the tourism industry in Thailand in the Internet era,and designs the path for the reform of staff training in YD tourism enterprises in Thailand.This paper can be divided into seven chapters:Chapter 1: Introduction.This chapter mainly includes research background and problems,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas.This chapter mainly combines the Internet development,the development of tourism in Thailand and the current situation of staff training as the background,clarifies the problems and purposes of this study,lays the theoretical and practical significance for this study,and finds the shortcomings of China’s research combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign research.Chapter 2: Basic concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter mainly includes the relevant theories of the Internet era and enterprise staff training and staff training.This chapter discusses the Internet,staff training,traditional training methods,E-learning,the characteristics of staff training in the Internet era,as well as human nature hypothesis theory,human-based management theory,incentive theory,employee career planning theory,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Chapter 3: Employee training experience reference from western developed countries in the Internet era 。 The main content of this chapter is to learn from the experience of staff training in foreign enterprises,For example,employee training practices in American enterprises,Japanese enterprises and French enterprises.The summary of staff training enlightenment in foreign enterprises,Making Papers Change Path Design.Chapter 4: Analysis of the current situation of staff training in YD tourism enterprises in Thailand.The main contents of this chapter include the development status of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand,the training process of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand,and the analysis of staff training status of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand.Starting with the basic situation and organizational structure of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand,this chapter focuses on training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization and implementation,training effect evaluation,and analysis of training courses,training institutions,training teachers,training hardware and software.Chapter 5:Investigation and analysis of staff training in YD tourism enterprises inThailand.This chapter mainly includes the purpose and object of the survey,the design and distribution of the questionnaire,the analysis of the basic results of the survey and the conclusion of the survey.This chapter mainly adopts the way of questionnaire survey to investigate the staff training situation of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand.In the survey,the basic situation of training is clarified,the characteristics of human resources of YD tourism enterprises in Thailand are found,and the lack of effective training needs analysis,unscientific staff training plan formulation and training course management in YD Tourism enterprises in Thailand are found.The problems of low employee satisfaction and training content can not meet the needs of employees.Chapter 6: The reform path design of Thai tourism industry staff training in the Internet era.This chapter mainly includes training needs analysis and design,training plan design,training curriculum design methods.This chapter mainly combines the three major problems in the questionnaire survey: lack of effective training needs analysis,lack of clear training plan,and disorderly training courses.Chapter 7: Research conclusions and Prospects.This chapter summarizes the contents of the previous research and further points out the innovation of this paper,At the same time,it also analyzes the shortcomings in the research. |
