The Assessment Report Of Tianjin Equity Exchange Comprehensive Service Capabilities

As the earliest established regional equity exchange market in China,the Tianjin Equity Exchange plays an important role in the over-the-counter trading market in China.Since the establishment of the Tianjin Equity Exchange for the past ten years,the OTC market in China has gradually matured due to chaos.Policy terms have also gradually become clear from the vagueness.To study the changes in the comprehensive service capabilities of listed companies in the Tianjin Equity Exchange,and analyze the issues that will affect the success of the Tianjin Equity Exchange and the issues that need to be solved.This can provide a reference for the further development of other regional equity exchange markets and promote the development of over-the-counter market in China.This article aims to objectively and truly evaluate the comprehensive service capabilities of the Tianjin Equity Exchange and to analyze the problems in the development process of the Tianjin Equity Exchange,and to make suggestions on the construction and future development of the Tianjin Equity Exchange.Based on the existing theories and field research,this article has constructed a Tianjin stock exchange evaluation index system for the listed companies' comprehensive service capabilities.Using factor analysis,we have scored the comprehensive service capabilities of the Tianjin Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2016,and then analyzed the impact of the internal or external factors on comprehensive service capabilities of the Tianjin Equity Exchange.Based on the survey results and evaluation results,it provides some feasibility suggestions for investment and financing companies,government agencies,and regional equity exchange markets.
