The Research For The Project Of Dongying GR Company’s Listing On Tianjin Equity Exchange

The importance of money to enterprise, just as blood to human’s body. Financialguarantees are the most important conditions to the SMEs’（small and medium enterprises）survival and development. But nowadays, most SMEs in China have to face a lot of problemsin finance. Most of them are very weak; the short of money is the biggest Bottleneck. For along time, the equity trading platform for private SMEs in China was not improved, so it wasimpossible for SMEs to raise funds with equity trading system. Dongying GR Company isone of those SMEs.In this paper, I start from the basic theory of corporate finance, through the analysis ofGR Company’s financing status and needs, combined with the relevant policy, and I putforward an idea of listing on Tianjin Equity Exchange. Then I state the general process,problems and solutions in this work, such as the due diligence, joint-stock reform, listedpricing and more.It is a helpful idea for SMEs raising funds in capital market. It also can help SMEsreform themselves and be healthy growth. And it can help SMEs achieve dual goals offinancing and development through the public supervision. I hope that this paper can be astimulus of public financing for similar SMEs as GR Company and serve more of them.
