As a branch of the food industry that can not be neglected,the sauce and braised meat products industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but it has not received sufficient attention from the academic circles.There are not many relevant studies.However,with the major companies in the industry having listed on the stock market and participating in capital allocation,it is necessary to evaluate their corporate value with reasonableness and accuracy.This article selects one of the industry giants,Huangshanghuang Group,which was first listed on the stock market in the industry to conduct business valuations.After the applicability analysis of several assessment methods,the cash flow discounted valuation method and the economic value added valuation method in the income method were selected and the results of both methods showed that the market value of the Huangshanghuang Group was overestimated.There is a big difference between its actual corporate value and the problem of unreasonable corporate capital structure.This paper starts with the research on the assessment of the value assessment of food companies and explores the evaluation methods of the company's value applicable to the sauce and braised meat products industry.Using the case analysis method,it is concluded that there is a mismatch between the enterprise's intrinsic value and market value in the sauce and braised meat products industry.The conclusion has played an important role in researching the industry and attracting attention from the capital market.
