Research On Optimization Of Patent Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Multi-case Analysis

With the entry of mankind into the 21 st century,the world economy is undergoing profound changes.The market economy has moved from a simple commercial economy and industrial stage,that is,the knowledge economy stage,to a new field of market economy.To a certain extent,the importance of knowledge becomes more and more obvious.Compared with general enterprises,the competition of modern enterprise intellectual property,especially patent property rights,has increasingly become the main symbol of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Having strong technical innovation ability is the decisive factor for enterprises to participate in market competition.Having high-quality patent rights is the core content of this determinant.Based on the theory of refined management,this paper regards the collaborative relationship between entities in the process of enterprise patent generation,use,transfer and diffusion from the perspective of system theory and structuralism as an organic unified system and uses structural analysis methods.Study the problem of fine management of enterprise patents.This paper first discusses the development status of manufacturing enterprises and their patents,the results of the enterprise patent management system,and the problems existing in the current enterprise intellectual property management system.And systematically explain the contents of patent management of manufacturing enterprises,and explain the management of enterprise management and technological innovation,thus explaining the necessity of enterprise patent management.Then through the structural analysis method and the actual case,the patent management structure of China's state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is analyzed from the internal and external levels of the enterprise,and the advantages and existing problems are studied.Finally,combined with the previous research,the author puts forward the strategy of optimizing the patent management structure of manufacturing enterprises,including comprehensively exploring the patent value in the era of knowledge economy,focusing on the key management links in the process of enterprise patent development,and focusing on the key management links from the process of enterprise patent evolution.To improve the level of patent management and establish five aspects of enterprise risk investment mechanism.The study found that enterprise patent management can not only enable enterprises to achieve effective use of technology capital,but also effectively stimulate technological innovation and optimize the role of social knowledge resource allocation.Therefore,enterprise patent management must become an important part of enterprise management.
