Study On The Quality Management System Of Weigao Medicale Quipment Production Project

In the course of human development,medical device is essential.And the product quality has a direct impact on human health.Facing the competition in the same industry at home and abroad,China medical device manufacturers must take a strict control on the product quality which is very important for quality improvement,in order to increase the market shares.This paper summarizes the related theory of quality management firstly,including the concept of quality and quality management,the new development of quality management,total quality management and quality management system and medical equipment quality management system.Secondly,this paper gives a brief introduction of Weigao group and the existing status of its quality management,and analyzes these problems that may cause product quality defects,including the insufficient understanding of the quality system,loss of quality system documentation,unfavorable product design and development work,and the inappropriate supplier selection and so on.According to the above problems,this paper tries to establish medical equipment quality management system of Weigao group,clear management responsibilities and resources,conduct comprehensive management on the aspects of supplier selection,production data collection and the R&D of new products,and propose measurement and improvement and supervision and other measures.With all these efforts,we hope to ensure good operation of the Weigao Group's production project quality management system.In the end,we evaluate the effectiveness of the constructed quality management system by means of scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and get a good evaluation.
