Research On Information Strategy Of Bank A Under The Environment Of Internet Finance

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,people's production and lifestyle have undergone a tremendous change.In the field of finance,the combination of Internet technology and financial services produces the Internet financial industry.The Internet finance has emerged in the field of financial services.Relying on the advanced technologies such as mobile Internet,big data and cloud computing,the internet financial have made a great impact on the traditional banks,such as channel innovation,product innovation,management and so on.The development of Internet finance has impacted on traditional commercial banks,but also made commercial banks see new opportunities for development.Under the impact of Internet finance,the implementation of information strategy is the key to bank A to solve it's own development problems with the help of the internet and information technology.This thesis is to research the information strategy of bank A under the Internet financial environment.On the basis of consulting a large number of Internet financial products,commercial bank information strategy and other related documents,through investigation and interview of the enterprise management,business operation and product innovation and other aspects of the bank,to analyze the current situation of bank A's information technology and problems.The SWOT analysis method,as well as key success factor method and strategic target transformation method are used to make a comprehensive analysis of bank A's informatization,to determine the information strategic goal,and then to formulate A bank's information strategy,and to form the project priority and the information strategy implementation route according to the importance of the information project,the urgency of the demand and the implementation of the readiness situation.Through this study,a set of systematic information strategic analysis and information project implementation planning methods have been formed.It has a certain guiding role for the future information construction of bank A,and also has a certain reference value for other commercial banks similar to bank A.
