Study On The Influence Of Diversified Management Of Nanfang Black Sesame On Enterprise Performance

In recent years,in the environment of a new round of consumption upgrade,the competition in the food and beverage industry has intensified,the overall sales revenue and profit growth of the whole industry have continued to slow down,and traditional old food enterprises have been continuously affected.Therefore,the diversification of food enterprises has become an inherent need and industry trend.However,the current case studies on the diversification of paste food listed companies are almost blank,forming a contradiction between practical needs and theoretical research.Therefore,this paper conducts in-depth research on Nanfang Black Sesame as a case object,in order to provide a useful reference for studying the diversification of traditional old food enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the literature research on diversification at home and abroad,and provides theoretical basis and experience for in-depth exploring the diversification of Nanfang Black Sesame.Subsequently,this paper elaborates on the motivation,development history and diversified layout characteristics of Nanfang Black Sesame,comprehensively evaluates the company's diversified business performance,and focuses on the reasons for the poor performance of diversified operations,trying to find out the road and development direction suitable for the diversification of food enterprises.In evaluating the diversified business performance of Nanfang Black Sesame,in order to increase the comprehensiveness and objectivity of the evaluation,this paper adopts a triune analytical framework of financial indicators,corporate value and the realization of diversified motivation.In the evaluation of financial indicators,this paper takes DuPont analysis as the core to analyze,on the one hand,paper takes the longitudinal comparative analysis of time,on the other hand,the benchmarking enterprises of successful diversified management are selected to conduct horizontal comparative analysis of the same industry,in order to explore whether the effectiveness of related diversification in improving business performance is better.In the evaluation of corporate value,this paper adopts Tobin's Q and EVA,and also analyzes the business performance by combining horizontal and vertical comparison analysis.Finally,combined the motivation of enterprise diversification,this paper examines the diversified performance of Nanfang Black Sesame from the four aspects of growth ability,risk dispersion,synergy and market competitiveness.Through the above-mentioned comprehensive in-depth analysis,this paper finds that the diversified business performance of Nanfang Black Sesame is poor.In order to further reveal the reasons for poor performance,this paper analyzes the performance of the company's original main business,non-related diversified business and related diversified business,and analyzes the company's major shareholder behavior from the perspective of ownership structure.The study found that the performance of the three types of business of Nanfang Black Sesame is unsatisfactory,which directly reduces the overall performance of the company,and the possibility that the company's major shareholders may have tunnel behavior is also one of the potential reasons for poor business performance.Finally,this paper summarizes some suggestions for improving the diversification performance of Nanfang Black Sesame for reference by other food companies.
