As a large agricultural country,fresh agricultural products are essential for people's daily life.Its trading mechanism is not only closely related to the lives of residents,but also has a far-reaching impact on the development of national economy.The traditional way of buying and selling fresh agricultural products in our country is the counterparty transaction in the wholesale market.The information asymmetry and price fairness between farmers and consumers are low.There is a high breakdown rate in the logistics process,which leads to the increase of transaction cost and low efficiency.In order to improve the traditional trading mode,fresh agricultural products auction mechanism has been introduced in China in recent years.As an efficient and transparent trading mode,auction is a market mechanism that determines the allocation of resources through the buyer's bidding to find prices.Agricultural products auction deals with agricultural products in a low-cost,high-efficiency and open and fair manner.Auction centers and buyers and sellers participate in the auction.Auction centers are responsible for providing auction-related services and collecting certain commissions accordingly.The payment of commissions is directly related to the transaction costs of buyers and sellers and then affects the transaction prices of items to be sold.The study of auction commissions can not only be completed.Good auction mechanism theory,at the same time,can provide practical guidance for agricultural products auction.Based on the data of Dounan Flower Electronic Trading Center in Kunming from 2016 to 2017 in May,the descriptive statistical analysis of the data was carried out by means of data acquisition,variety selection and streaming data removal procedures,taking average,median and kurtosis as measurement indicators.Based on the intuitive presentation of data description,and then based on the standard auction model,this paper introduces the bilateral Commission variable and the inverse Commission variable to conduct theoretical analysis.The results show that:(1)when the buyer's Commission is lower than the seller's Commission in the auction center,the transaction data index shows an overall upward trend;(2)when the seller's commission rate is higher than the buyer's Commission rate,the auction house will get higher expected revenue;(3)when the commission rate is set in inverse proportion to the transaction price,the income equivalence theorem is no longer valid for both buyers and sellers,and the revenue is still the same for the auction house.And so on.In addition,through the model analysis,the relationship between the inverse Commission coefficient and the expected return of the buyer,seller and auction house in the presence of reserve price is obtained.
