Since Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "Internet +" action plan in 2015,"Internet +" has developed rapidly.In the retail industry,there has also been a new combination of online and offline,and the integration of modern logistics.mode.As the main force of the retail industry,supermarkets can feel the rapid development of online supermarkets from the rise of large shopping websites such as Taobao,Jingdong and Tmall.People can easily shop and enjoy home delivery service by keeping their mobile phones at home.Fast,save time and effort.Based on this,more and more people choose to shop online.Traditional physical supermarkets have been greatly affected in this environment,and their market share has been eroded and their survival has become increasingly difficult.Therefore,how traditional physical supermarkets respond to the quietly emerging Internet sales market has become a difficult problem that supermarkets cannot avoid.Today,in the fierce market competition environment,those who own the customers will have the markets.Whether to win customer satisfaction,is the key to win the competitive advantage of the supermarket.Today,in the fierce market competition environment,who owns the customer who has the market,whether to win customer satisfaction,is the key to win the competitive advantage of the supermarket.Therefore,the study of customer satisfaction evaluation is especially important,the paper,from the perspective of customers,through the study of the important factors that affect the supermarket customer degree of satisfaction,and improve satisfaction strategy,to enhance the competitiveness of the supermarket in the market has an important theoretical guiding significance.The specific research contents are illustrated as below with the research methods and results:On the basis of detailed understanding of the status quo of customer satisfaction of rt-mart supermarket in jinan,this paper,based on TANG ET AL.Quality evaluation scale,deeply analyzes the main factors affecting customer satisfaction of rt-mart supermarket,and formulates strategies for improving customer satisfaction of rt-mart supermarket.Firstly,the background and purpose of the supermarket customer satisfaction evaluation research are systematically analyzed,and the research process and innovation points of the paper are established.Secondly,the retail industry and customer satisfaction theory,as well as the BP neural network and C5.0 decision tree model method theory are elaborated.Then,combining the characteristics of China's large supermarkets,literature survey and expert opinions,the evaluation index of customer satisfaction of supermarkets was determined,a questionnaire survey was designed,data were collected,and a C5.0 decision tree model and a BP neural network model were established.Thirdly,taking rt-mart supermarket as an example for empirical study,the data collected are analyzed through mathematical model,and the results of the model are compared and evaluated.Finally,the paper proposes strategies to improve the satisfaction of rt-mart supermarkets,so as to provide guidance for all managers of large supermarkets and provide reliable management support for the development of large supermarkets.
