In fact,the best thing is not the thing itself,but an unforgettable memory,an experience.Many economists in the 21 st century believe that experience economy,as a new economic form,has increasingly become a new economic model that dominates the market after agricultural economy,industrial economy and service economy.After entering the 21 st century,a vibrant and energetic experience economy era centered on "leisure people" is increasingly becoming a focus of more attention.The term "experience" is a cultural category in psychology,and its meaning is a subject's self-perception of mood or emotion.Tourism economy is a typical experience economy.It pays attention to the sensibility satisfaction of tourists,emphasizes the psychological experience of tourists when they consume.The level of experience has become one of the important criteria for evaluating tourism activities,while homestay has increasingly become an important part of tourism activities.In the era of experience economy,the development of brand culture of residential accommodation has increasingly become an important issue concerned by residential industry.Business and brand bring value to residential accommodation and create competitive advantages.Experience design of various residential products is an important means for residential accommodation to transmit brand culture to passengers.Everything is in constant movement,change and development.The development of brand culture of homestay is also a dynamic process.Based on experience design,this paper will discuss the relationship between experience design and the development of brand culture of homestay,starting with furniture,daily use,bathroom,doors and windows,literary creation and other homestay products that can be designed or customized by homestay enterprises in Yunnan.Experience design of homestay products is based on a specific level of understanding of experience,that is,experience is the process that people get perception when they take part in the use of various homestay products.This process is also the process that brand culture is transmitted to passengers and perceivedthrough homestay products as a contact point,and it is a trend of brand culture development.Usually,the experience of passengers can be divided into three stages:pre-occupancy,post-occupancy and after-departure.The comprehensive reflection of these three stages constitutes the basic understanding of the brand culture of homestay.From the perspective of designers,this paper starts with the experience design process of home stay facility products to analyze and study the three stages of home stay facility experience,trying to uncover the dynamic process of the development of home stay facility brand culture in the experience economic activities from the microcosmic point of view,and based on the experience design of home stay facility products to provide a useful reference for the construction of home stay facility brand.
