As the country's attention to the development of the real economy, especially the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the issue of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises has become a key point for development. Then, supporting the financing entity of the national financial industry—the bank began to apply the concept of supply chain finance, and is committed to the research of inventory pledge financing and credit business. On the one hand,it opens the financing market for SMEs;on the other hand, based on its own interests,it can realize expansion of business space and improve business efficiency.Based on the above background, this paper takes the bank as the starting point of research, focusing on the two most prominent risks in the business—price risk and credit risk, establishing a model, balancing the profit and risk of the business. In the process of establishing the model, trying to find the indicators closing to the real business, which has a certain impact on the optimization of decision-making and risk management,In order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the bank's business expansion, and put forward targeted countermeasures for the actual business development. This paper takes the concept of logistics bank as the starting point for research.First,it ignores the problem of profit distribution of three-way logistics enterprises.Second,it is in line with the future development trend of business model, which is conducive to the expansion of business in the future. The article first describes the background and significance of writing, and lays the writing direction for the article—searching for optimal decision-making and risk management points in balancing profit and risk.In addition, the research perspective of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the current analysis of the business in China and the comparative analysis of domestic and international development, which highlights the focus of the article analysis-the establishment of a general decision-making model,a business optimization model based on price risk and credit risk. The general decision-making model found that the loss rate was negatively correlated with the highest quality rate and the bank's expected profit;the best quality rate was positively correlated with the bank's expected profit;subjectively considered the relationship between the pledge rate and the expected profit under different risk preferences, and Creatively found: In terms of the degree of influence of the bank's expected profit, the positive effect of the bank's loanable interest rate is greater than the reverse effect of the best quality rate.Based on the price risk-based business optimization decision-making model,we discuss the alternative price risk optimization decision-making models of banks in the long-term and short-term situations from the perspective of financing. In general,we find that the model of pledge ending price obeying lognormal distribution is the most suitable model of risk control and decision optimization. For the business optimization decision model of credit risk, from the overall perspective and specific indicators,it is found that the highest quality mortgage rate decreases with the increase of the default probability of the borrowing enterprise.Once the probability of corporate credit defaults rises or signs, the bank's best quality rate will drop significantly; The best quality mortgage rate granted by the bank to the borrowing enterprise decreases with the increase of the credit rating index of the borrowing enterprise, and increases with the increase of the number of defaults. Finally, through numerical simulation, the correctness of the relevant theory is proved.
