The Study On Development Countermeasures Of Heihe National Agricultural Science And Technology Park

The construction of Agricultural science and technology park is conducive to promote China's traditional agriculture agriculture,through the test,demonstration and radiation diffusion effect,targeted to guide farmers to effectively use high-tech improved the backward agricultural production.How to make the agricultural science and Technology Park sustainable and healthy development,and give full play to the demonstration role of science and Technology Park,is an urgent need to study and analyze.Based on the foreign and domestic current situation of the development of agricultural science and Technology Park research and analyze,Heihe national agricultural science and Technology Park(referred to as Heihe Park)the problems existing in the development,and put forward feasible solutions,and promote sustained,stable and healthy development of the park.Based on the related research results of agricultural science and Technology Parks at home and abroad,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to make a thorough study and systematically analyzes the development and construction of Heihe park.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,the status of domestic and foreign agricultural science and Technology Park,as well as the research content and methods of the paper.Secondly,around the domestic agricultural science and technology park development situation to make a brief introduction.Then the paper introduces the situation of Heihe City,summing up the data got in Heihe Park,Heihe Park,analyzes basic situation,operation situation,the situation of science and Technology Innovation Park,benefits,supporting policies and development goals.With SWOT analysis and the results of a questionnaire survey summarizes some problems existing in the development process of the park,the park problem analysis problems,difficulties in financing,capital investment park management mechanism is not perfect,the technological innovation capability is weak,agricultural science and technology popularization system is not perfect,the lack of human capital.Finally,according to some problems existing in Heihe Park,this paper uses the experience of domesticagricultural science and technology park of success,puts forward feasible countermeasures,and uses the safeguard measures to strengthen the feasibility of the countermeasures and suggestions.The main research results of this paper: in order to solve the problem of Heihe park investment financing difficulties,we must find the role of the government in the park construction process,strengthen policy support,establish a diversified investment mechanism,strengthen supervision and supervision mechanism;through strengthening operation management,adopt a variety of investment attraction model,the establishment of performance evaluation mechanism,establish linkage mechanism and enterprise farmers to improve the management mechanism for the park park;science and technology innovation ability is weak,can establish research and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements mechanism;through perfecting the extension system of agricultural science and Technology Park,the establishment of agricultural information service platform,to improve the science and technology park service system;to solve the problem of insufficient human capital,must actively introduce and cultivate talents,improve the overall level of farmers through training park.Finally,the sustainable development of Heihe park will be realized.
