Along with the development of our country,and the deepening reform of chinese market,,China's traditional military enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.How to establish and maintain good customer relationships is of great strategic importance to large-scale military enterprises such as Group H.This article takes H Group as an example,start with how to effectively develop new customers and maintain customer satisfaction,from the perspective of customer relationship management mode,to seek solutions.The options in the test including the changes of organizational management system,effective identification and focus of key customers,.support of information system and the system of implementation pocess..Therefore,this article takes the customer relationship management mode of H Group as the research object,aims to study and analysis of the existing customer relationship management mode,and proposes a solution based on the actual situation.This article first analyzes the present situation of military industry enterprises and their customer relationship management modes through literature analysis methods,and fully understands the development status of military industrial enterprises.Secondly,based on the case analysis method,this paper analyzes the status quo of the relationship management mode of H Group's customer relationship,and then draws the problems in the customer relationship management mode of H Group Company.Then,it analyzes the causes and impacts of H Group's current problems and proposes improvement measures.Finally,from the perspective of improving the composition and implementation of the analysis,the feasibility of improving the customer relationship management mode of H Group was improved.At the same time,it provides a reference for the implementation and improvement of the customer relationship management mode of China's large military industry group companies.
