This article takes Vanke Group as the research object,uses the case study to analyze the problems in the 2011 year equity incentive scheme of Vanke Group,and evaluates the implementation effect of the equity incentive scheme,then puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the equity incentive scheme.The study finds that there are the following problems in the design of equity incentive scheme.First,the condition of executives is too single.Second,Vanke Group has not designed a project with high incentive intensity according to the development of the enterprise.Third,the punishment mechanism for the incentive object of leaving office has not been set up.In addition,in terms of the implementation effect of the equity incentive,Vanke Group's equity incentive plan in 2011 has basically achieved its goal of stabilizing operating performance and promoting long-term development of enterprises,but its role in stabilizing core talent team is not obviousOn this foundation,this article puts forward the following optimization measures of the equity incentive.Vanke Group should add the indicators to measure the long-term development capacity of the enterprise,such as land reserve.In addition,according to the shortcomings of the stock option of occupying more personal funds,Vanke Group should consider the financial burden and the difficulties in transfer of incentive object to optimize the condition of executives in the source of funds of exercise,so that the incentive object could get relevant benefits of equity incentive at a lower cost and the equity incentive could play its due role.
