In recent years,China's infant milk powder market has been characterized by foreign brands occupying high-end consumer markets and domestic brands occupying mid-to-low-end consumer markets.At the same time,in 2016,China has fully liberalized its two-child policy and promulgated and implemented the infant formula milk product registration system.China's infant milk powder market will face a reshuffle.Faced with this market pattern,domestic infant milk powder companies have ideologically recognized that they cannot pursue market share and brand awareness one after another,and more importantly,find profitable models that suit their own development.This paper takes Bein as an example,takes the five components of the profit model as the starting point,and based on the current status of Bein's profit model,analyzes the problems of its profit model,and further discusses the optimization measures of its profit model,with a view to Bein.And other companies improve the profit model to provide reference.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,Bein's profit model has the following problems.In terms of profitability,it has failed to differentiate the segmented milk powder for further performance and cannot cater to consumers' staged needs.In terms of profit sources,the net sales rate has been declining year by year.Caused the company's capital chain tension,increased liabilities,and poor sales income,poor overall quality of earnings;In respect of profitability measures,the overall quality of the management team personnel is low,the company's brand marketing approach is simple,and the effect is not deep.The sales channels are too dependent on the dealer model and cannot achieve a breakthrough.In terms of the profit barrier,the core competitiveness is not prominent,and the persistent profitability of knowledge Bein cannot maintain.Secondly,based on the above analysis,this article proposes the following corresponding improvement measures,profit point,marketing segmental milk powder segmentation,highlighting the main performance of each segment to meet consumer demand;In terms of profitability,we will return to the milk powder business,increase sales revenues,control costs,change sales credit policies,improve income realization capacity,and enhance the quality of profitability.In terms of profitability measures,we will improve the staff training system and improve the overall quality of employees.Brand promotion and maintenance,optimizing existing sales channels.With regard to profitability measures,we will strengthen the research on infant formula formulas for infant formula,seek strategic cooperation,and enhance the company's core competitiveness.
