With the advent of the era of globalization,China's economy and even the global economy have produced deeper and faster development.With development comes competition everywhere.With the increasing frequency of communication between enterprises and enterprises,the continuous reform and innovation of the industry market,and the rise and development of the Internet market intervention,the competition between enterprises and enterprises in the same industry is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,the harm brought by the operation risk is also increasing.In order to effectively reduce the unpredictable consequences of business risks,enterprises should effectively strengthen business risk analysis and internal control.According to G operating situation of food production and processing enterprises in recent years,the use of risk control and the theory of internal control practices,combined with the financial data analysis,further study of the food production and processing enterprise management risk analysis,evaluation and prevention,this paper discusses the optimization of food production and processing enterprise internal control process in the management of the positive role of risk management,trying to food production and processing industry in terms of risk management and internal control system construction.Based on the theoretical research,this paper analyzes the market risk,human resource risk,legal and moral risk,production technology risk,financial risk,which focuses on the analysis of food production and processing enterprises in the financial risk of three parts,respectively,marketing,accounts receivable and operating cost risk.Marketing risk refers to the fierce competition caused by the food industry,which has many different types of finished products and constantly updated substitutes,and the risk of making traditional products unmarketable.The risk of receivables mainly refers to the risk that the receivables cannot be recovered for a long time.That is to say,whether the enterprise can avoid the uncertainty of bad debts caused by excessive default,as well as the recovery of the predetermined receivables after the occurrence of receivables.The risk of operating expenses mainly refers to the risk that the continuous high expenses in the sales process will bring adverse effects on operating profits due to improper use of expenses or improper competition.For food production and processing enterprises,it mainly exists in food advertising,marketing personnel travel expenses,business entertainment expenses and sales rebates.On this basis,this paper discusses the optimization of food production or processing enterprise internal control system: credit risk control,sales business control,operating cost control and the accounts receivable control,combined with the implementation of the internal control process to G food production or processing enterprise optimization results show that the internal control of the process optimization for the role of risk management,a positive effect on business.
