The Analysis Of Equity Structure And The Impact Of Equity Concentration On The Operating Conditions Of Commercial Banks

China's first commercial bank,the Agricultural Bank of China,has been in existence for 40 years.From the beginning to the formation of a multi-level system of commercial banks with Chinese characteristics,various problems have also been encountered.Although China's famous five state-owned commercial banks have already established themselves at the world level and even ranked among the top in the world,the national joint-stock commercial banks are also developing rapidly,but the bank's operating efficiency is far from optimal.The issue of shareholding structure has always plagued China's banking industry.Healthy development,the improvement of the shareholding structure can make the bank move toward better development.This paper studies the impact of ownership structure and concentration on the bank's operating conditions.
