Case Study On Contract Management Of TD Company

With the transformation of Economic Growth Mode,we pay increasing attention on the foster and support of small and medium enterprises.On the other hand,we made a lot of formulation and modification on the accounting system,in order to connect with World Trade Organization rules,which bring opportunities and challenges to small and medium enterprises.Chinese enterprises pay more attention on the contract management,in order to ensure their interest and reduce contract risks,they must build perfect system of enterprise contract management.The writer worked in a small and medium enterprise and was relatively familiar with the corporation governance and internal control situation,therefore the writer chose the internal control system of the enterprise to study.Due to historical reasons,TD company has no perfect contract management system.In terms of research methods,this thesis mainly adopts literature research method,comparison research method,case analysis method.Through the research on TD company’s contract management,collecting the cases of contract management,and acquiring first-hand information,the writer proposes opinions and methods which are instructive and theoretical.From the perspective of contract management,compared with traditional companies,the innovative technology companies were labeled with high risk,high income and periodicity,the importance of human resources and so on.The research object of this thesis is TD company,which current situation was described,and the problems in contract management were found out.This thesis refers to COSO model in combination with basic norms of internal control of enterprises and supporting guidelines for internal control of enterprises-contract management No.16.Contract management measure suggestions were given from the analysis based on the former classification.This thesis took TD company as the object to study and focused on the risk control and management of contract.It shows both the merits and backwards of the risk control and management of contract.The research production can not only optimize the contract management of TD Company,but also provide reference for other companies in the same industry.
