Since 2012,the personal wealth management business of Jinan Branch of ZX Bank has developed rapidly.During this period,with the good opportunity of development and transformation,bank outlets have established a good reputation in Jinan by*strengthening personnel training,improving team building and improving service quality.Great achievements have been made.Nowadays,with the further change of China's economic environment and the increasingly fierce competition of commercial banks,in order to make personal wealth business to a higher level,Jinan Branch of ZX Bank needs to further subdivide the customer groups to leet different needs,optimize product structure to improve asset allocation ability,which is also the bottleneck faced by banks at present.Therefore,I hope this paper can provide feasible suggestions for the development of personal wealth management business marketing strategy of ZX Bank Jinan Branch through MBA theoretical study and practical experience in daily work.
